Taking it Easy: Feldenkrais® and TTouch for You®

Who should attend?  Bodyworkers, caregivers, health care professionals and anyone who wants to learn how to support your own well-being as well as the well-being of friends, family and clients.  Click here for more information.

You will learn simple Feldenkrais movements, explore TTouch for You® and learn how to combine them to reduce tension and address a variety of specific health care needs.  You will also gain some idea of habits you may have that get in the way of taking it easy!

In this two-day workshop you will learn techniques to help your dog release tension and build confidence, thereby eliminating undesirable behaviors related to stress, fear and anxiety. These undesirable behaviors include leash pulling, excessive barking, fear of loud noises, reactivity to people and other pets, etc. The Tellington TTouch® Training Method uses gentle body work to release fear and tension, and groundwork to improve balance and confidence. The result is a calm, confident, happy dog.
